Refund and Cancellation Policy

At P.A.C.E, we aim to provide the best learning and consulting experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where cancellations are necessary.

  • Program Cancellation by Client

    Requests for cancellation must be made in writing at least 7 days before the program start date. A refund will be processed after deducting administrative charges.

  • Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program are non-refundable. However, participants may choose to transfer their registration to a future session.
  • Cancellation by P.A.C.E

    In the rare event that P.A.C.E cancels a program due to unforeseen reasons, participants will receive a full refund or may opt to transfer to another program.

  • No-Show Policy sParticipants who fail to attend without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Customized Corporate Programs Refunds are not applicable once a corporate program is confirmed, as resources and planning are dedicated in advance.
  • Processing Time

    Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.
